How to Make Kadale Bele Nuchchunde

  • Soak chana dal, rice and moong dal for 2-3 hours.
  • Drain the water and half-grind the soaked mixture along with chilli and ginger.
  • Add a little water while grinding.
  • Mix the sugar and chopped coriander and curry leaves into the ground mixture.
  • Take the mixture in your hand and make a ball of it.
  • Flatten the balls.
  • Apply a little ghee on a plate.
  • Place all the balls in it.
  • Steam it for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from fire after 2 minutes.
  • Serve with tomato sauce or coconut chutney.
