How to Make Kadboli

  • Mix together all the roasted ingredients.
  • Grind into fine dry powder.
  • Add salt, chilli powder, sesame seeds and heated oil.
  • Knead into smooth dough by adding lukewarm water.
  • Cover with muslin cloth, and keep aside for an hour.
  • Make small balls.
  • Roll the balls into pencil-shape.
  • Fold the ends of each roll in the centre.
  • Heat the oil for frying.
  • Deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
  • Drain and let it cool.
  • Store in air-tight container.
