How to Make

  • Cut paneer into strips, similar to french fries.
  • Heat oil so that it sizzles when you add a few cumin seeds.
  • Add coriander, red chillies and paneer cheese.
  • Cook for 5 mins, then add diced onion, fresh tomato and capsicum, followed by the remaining ingredients.
  • Heat everything thoroughly, for 5 more mins.
  • Garnish dish with coriander and serve with rice or tandoori nan.
