How to Make Kadhai Paneer with Capsicum

  • Cut paneer and capsicum into long pieces.
  • Grind together the onions, tomatoes, ginger, salt, red chilli powder and orange colour.
  • Mince the cloves and cinnamon.
  • Heat the clarified butter in a pan.
  • Add the bay leaves and minced cloves and cinnamon.
  • Mix the onion-tomato-ginger paste to it.
  • Cook on medium flame until the butter begins to ooze from the masala.
  • Add the paneer and capsicum pieces and cook on low flame.
  • Remove from the flame once the capsicum pieces are well-cooked.
  • Serve with nan or paratha.
