Ingredients

  • 1 - Raw Mango (kairi)
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • salt
  • How to Make Kairi Ki Chutney:

    1. In a bowl, add chopped raw mango, onion, green chilli, and jeera.
    2. Grind well to make a paste.
    3. Now in a pan, add this paste with a few drops of oil and roast it.
    4. Add red chilli powder and salt.
    5. Mix well and serve the chutney.
