  • 2 cups - cashew powder
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • 2 tbsp - ghee

How to Make Kaju Burfi

  • Boil sugar in water to form a thin syrup.
  • On low heat, add the dry cashew powder and mix it well (the dough will resemble chapatti dough).
  • Pour dough on a greased plastic sheet and knead.
  • Roll dough with a rolling pin and cut into desired shapes.
