  • 6 Chicken drumsticks.
  • juice of 2 lemons.
  • 2 tbsp - peppercorns (coarsely ground).
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - oil.
  • salt to taste.
  • How to Make Kali Mirch Murg:

    1. Clean and wash the chicken. Pat dry.
    2. Marinate the chicken in lemon juice, ground pepper and salt. Mix well.
    3. Keep aside in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours.
    4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
    5. Place the chicken pieces in the pan. Simmer.
    6. Cover with a lid having some water on it.
    7. Turn sides at regular intervals.
    8. Cook till the chicken is done.
    9. Serve hot.
