Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken drumsticks.
  • juice of 2 lemons.
  • 2 tbsp - peppercorns (coarsely ground).
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - oil.
  • salt to taste.

How to Make Kali Mirch Murg

  • Clean and wash the chicken. Pat dry.
  • Marinate the chicken in lemon juice, ground pepper and salt. Mix well.
  • Keep aside in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Place the chicken pieces in the pan. Simmer.
  • Cover with a lid having some water on it.
  • Turn sides at regular intervals.
  • Cook till the chicken is done.
  • Serve hot.
