  • 1 cup - Bajra flour
  • 2.25 cups - dosa batter
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil and water as needed
  • 1 - medium size onion, finely grated
  • How to Make Kambu Bajra dosa:

    1. In a bowl, add bajra flour, dosa batter, grated onion and salt.
    2. Add water little by little and mix well without forming lumps.
    3. Batter should not be thick but a little thin in consistency.
    4. Heat a dosa pan or griddle, pour a ladleful of butter and spread it like dosa.
    5. Drizzle some oil over dosa or on sides.
    6. Cook both sides until it turns crisp.
    7. Bajra dosa is ready to serve.
