How to Make Kambu idli

  • Wash and soak the pearl millet, idli rice and urad dal with fenugreek seeds separately for 4 hours.
  • Grind to a bit coarse paste, add enough salt and keep overnight for fermentation
  • Steam in greased idly moulds for 10 - 15 mins.
