Ingredients

  • 1 cup - besan flour
  • 2 - onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - ajwain seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Kanda Bhaji - Onion Fritters:

    1. Mix the flour, chilli powder, coriander powder, ajwain seeds, baking powder, turmeric powder and salt. Make a thick batter with enough water.
    2. Heat oil for Deep Frying, dip the sliced onions in the batter, and fry till they turn golden brown.
    3. Drain the excess oil with a paper towel
