  • 1 cup - besan flour
  • 2 - onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - ajwain seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Kanda Bhaji - Onion Fritters

  • Mix the flour, chilli powder, coriander powder, ajwain seeds, baking powder, turmeric powder and salt. Make a thick batter with enough water.
  • Heat oil for Deep Frying, dip the sliced onions in the batter, and fry till they turn golden brown.
  • Drain the excess oil with a paper towel
