  • 1 cup - Kandi pappu (toor dal)
  • 10-12 - Red chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Jeera (Cumin seeds)
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Kandi Pachadi

  • Fry kandi pappu, red chillies and jeera in a pan, till kandi pappu turns brown.
  • Grind all the fried items with little water, till it becomes a paste.
  • Add salt as per taste.
