Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli paste
  • 4 tbsp - cooking oil
  • 12 - lady fish (kane)
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • How to Make Kane Fried (Lady Fish):

    1. For red chilli paste:
    2. Add 1/4 tsp haldi powder and salt for 1 tbsp red chilli powder with a little vinegar to make a paste.
    3. Clean and cut the fish.
    4. Mix red chilli paste, turmeric powder, vinegar and salt and apply it on the fish.
    5. Keep aside for some time.
    6. Coat the fish with bread crumbs or rava before frying (optional).
    7. In a flat frying pan, heat oil and slide the fish side by side to fill the pan.
    8. Fry the fish on both sides.
