  • 1 - Ripe cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 1/2 cup - beaten rice
  • 1/2 liter - milk

How to Make Karbuza Rasayan

  • Clean and cut the cantaloupe into very small cubes.
  • Add sugar and cooled milk.
  • Mix beaten rice, powdered cardamom and serve.
