Ingredients

  • 1 ripe cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup- Sugar
  • 1/2 cup- Beaten Rice or Poha
  • 1/2 liter- Milk
  • 3 Cardamom pods, finely powdered
  • How to Make Karbuza(Cantaloupe)Rasayam:

    1. Skin cantaloupe. Discard its innermost soft portion.
    2. Cut into small cubes. Mix sugar.
    3. Add boiled and cooled milk. Mix beaten rice (optional) and powdered cardamom.
    4. Chill and serve.
