  • Slice bitter gourd, sprinkle salt and rest for 30 mins.
  • Then drain, rinse and dry with paper towel.
  • Bring water to a boil, add sliced bitter gourd and cook till done.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the bitter gourds. Stir-fry for 3 mins.
