How to Make Kasa Murgir Mansho

  • Clean, wash and drain the chicken
  • Heat the kadai with mustard oil
  • Add the chopped onions fry till pink in colour, add the chicken and fry for 5-10 mins.
  • Add pastes of onion, ginger-garlic, 1 tsp paste of cinnamon, clove, cardamom
  • Also add the ground masala made of coconut, cashews, raisins, and poppy seeds.
  • Saute and fry for a while and cook covered till done
  • Serve.
