Ingredients

  • 1 cup - semolina
  • 1 cup - ground white Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - almonds, coarsely crushed
  • 1/2 cup - desiccated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp - skinned melon seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1 cup - Ghee

How to Make Kasaar Ka Prasad

  • Melt ghee in a heavy pan.
  • Add semolina and cook on low flame till light golden.
  • Cool in pan while stirring frequently till warm.
  • Add sugar, coconut, almonds, cardamom powder.
  • Mix well and serve.
