Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp - aniseed
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Caraway seeds
  • Pepper Corns - 10
  • Milk - a little
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • How to Make Kashmiri chapatti:

    1. Knead a cup of wheat flour with aniseed, cumin seed, caraway seed, pepper powder, milk and enough water to make a soft dough.
    2. Roll out into chapattis and roast them on a tawa.
    3. Smear ghee on them.
