  • 1 cup - wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp - aniseed
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - caraway seeds
  • Pepper corns - 10
  • Milk - a little
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Salt

How to Make Kashmiri chapatti

  • Knead a cup of wheat flour with aniseed, cumin seed, caraway seed, pepper powder, milk and enough water to make a soft dough.
  • Roll out into chapattis and roast them on a tawa.
  • Smear ghee on them.
