Ingredients

  • 5 - potatoes, Pressure Cooked and cubed
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 2 - Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp - kasuri Methi leaves, crushed
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • How to Make Kasuri Methi Aloo:

    1. Heat enough oil, splutter the cumin seeds.
    2. Add the chopped onions, crushed garlic cloves, and saute until the onions turn translucent.
    3. Add the cubed potatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt, toss everything gently in high flame and then simmer.
    4. Finally add the kasuri methi and give a stir
    5. Serve warm.
