  • 5 - potatoes, Pressure Cooked and cubed
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 2 - garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp - kasuri methi leaves, crushed
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Kasuri Methi Aloo

  • Heat enough oil, splutter the cumin seeds.
  • Add the chopped onions, crushed garlic cloves, and saute until the onions turn translucent.
  • Add the cubed potatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt, toss everything gently in high flame and then simmer.
  • Finally add the kasuri methi and give a stir
  • Serve warm.
