Ingredients

  • 3 - potatoes, cooked
  • 2 - carrots, grated
  • 1 cup - green peas, frozen
  • 1/2 cup - cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup - capsicum, chopped
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - dry Fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - ajwain seeds
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • A few - Curry leaves

How to Make Kasuri Methi and Mixed Veggies Masala

  • Heat enough oil, fry the ajwain seeds until they turn brown
  • Add the chopped onions, curry leaves, and saute until the onions turn translucent
  • Now add the grated carrots, frozen green peas, saute everything for a few mins with salt.
  • Finally add the cooked and mashed potatoes, shredded cabbage, chopped capsicum, saute along with garam masala, red chilli powder and coriander powder, simmer till done
