How to Make Kaththirikkai Rasavangi

  • Wash and cut brinjal into long thin slices.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Cook the brinjal for 5 mins.
  • Add tamarind paste, salt and the masala powder.
  • Add little water and cook till the brinjals are soft.
  • Season with mustard, hing and curry leaves.
