Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Chicken
  • 2 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1and1/2 tbsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - Tomato sauce
  • Curry leaves, a small bunch
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Kerala Crisp Chicken:

    1. Cut chicken into small cubes.
    2. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except oil and marinate for 15 mins.
    3. Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken till golden brown.
    4. Crisp chicken is ready.
    5. Serve hot.
