Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Chicken
  • 2 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1and1/2 tbsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - Tomato sauce
  • Curry leaves, a small bunch
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Kerala Crisp Chicken

  • Cut chicken into small cubes.
  • Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except oil and marinate for 15 mins.
  • Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken till golden brown.
  • Crisp chicken is ready.
  • Serve hot.
