Ingredients

  • 1 kg-chicken
  • 1.5 tbsp- Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp-coriander powder
  • 4-5-cloves
  • 2 sticks-cinnamon
  • 2 pods-cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp- black pepper Corn
  • 1 tsp-saunf
  • 1/4 tsp- Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup-desiccated Coconut
  • 2- large Onion
  • 2 inch piece-ginger
  • 6 -green chilli
  • 3- Curry leaves
  • 2 tsp- salt
  • 5 desert spoon-cooking oil
  • How to Make Kerala Green Chicken Curry:

    1. Roast 2 tbsp coconut till brown and then the ingredients from red chilli powder to turmeric powder.
    2. Grind them well.
    3. Saute the ingredients from onions to curry leaves and then the ground paste.
    4. Add the chopped chicken pieces and then 1 cup of milk extracted from the remaining coconut.
    5. Add salt and cook till the chicken becomes tender.
