Ingredients

  • 2 - raw mangoes, peeled and grated
  • 2 cups - Catfish pieces
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced Onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped Spring onion
  • 1/4 cup roasted crushed Peanuts
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped Mint
  • 2 green chillies, ground to a paste
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • Salt and pepper - as per taste

How to Make Keri Ka Salad

  • Put crushed pepper in olive oil, keep aside.
  • Deep fry the fish pieces till golden brown.
  • Drain and keep aside till they are cooled.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Serve with boiled vegetables.
