Ingredients

  • 1 - large raw tothapuri mango
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - sugar
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 3 pinches - asafoetida

How to Make Keri Salad

  • Wash and chop mango into tiny pieces.
  • Sprinkle salt and chilli powder.
  • Keep aside for 10 mins.
  • Add sugar.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and asafoetida.
  • Let them splutter.
  • Add mango.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve after 20-30 mins when flavours have blended well.
