  • 2 cups - Mango pulp, tinned
  • 1/2 cup - sweetened condensed Milk
  • 2 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Saffron strands
  • 1/4 cup - heavy Cream
  • Any nuts - chopped

How to Make Kesar Mango Kulfi

  • Mix together mango pulp, sweetened condensed milk, a little sugar together and whisk until the sugar dissolves
  • Add gradually the heavy cream and saffron strands, whisk again until the mixture turns soft and smooth.
  • Now add the chopped nuts and give a stir
  • Pour into kulfi moulds or small containers and freeze for 6 hours
