Ingredients

  • 1 basic ice Cream
  • ½ cup - Cream
  • ½ tsp - Lemon yellow color
  • ½ tsp - Kesar essence
  • few strands Saffron (soaked in ½ tbsp - milk)
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Pistachios
  • How to Make Kesar Pista Ice Cream:

    1. Take basic ice-cream, cut it into pieces.
    2. Add cream, colour, essence and saffron.
    3. Churn it gently with a hand blender till it is soft and fluffy.
    4. Add the chopped pistachios and mix well.
    5. Pour the contents into the container, cover with a cling film and close the lid.
    6. Put to set in the freezer.
