Ingredients

  • 3 cups - Whole Milk
  • Kesar
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar

How to Make Kesari

  • Boil the milk.
  • Add lemon just the way when making paneer.
  • Use extra water but don't squeeze out all of it.
  • Once done, put it in a mixer.
  • Add another 1 cup whole milk, little kesar and sugar.
  • Then mix it well.
  • Then distribute in small serving bowls and keep in fridge to set it for 2 to 3 hrs.
  • Then you can serve this dish chilled.
