Ingredients

  • 500 g - Dates
  • 1 cup- Milk
  • 500 g - Sugar
  • 8-10 - Almonds
  • 5 tsp - Ghee
  • How to Make Khajoor ka Halwa:

    1. Remove seeds from dates
    2. Add milk and cook the dates till soft. Add sugar and ghee
    3. Stir continuously for 20-25 minutes
    4. Once the mixture thickens, add pieces of almond, pour into a greased plate
    5. After half an hour cut into pieces
