  • 1 cup - finely chopped dates
  • 1 cup - khoya
  • 3-4 tbsp - powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp - butter
  • Silver varak & chopped almond for decoration

How to Make Khajoor Ki Barfi

  • Take khoya and powdered sugar in a pan and roast.
  • Add cardamom powder and chopped dates and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a dish greased with butter and spread evenly.
  • Apply the silver varak on top and refrigerate.
  • Decorate with chopped almonds.
  • Serve hot.
