Ingredients

  • 1 cup - grated coconut(fresh)
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • For Masala:
  • Green chilli, finely chopped
  • small piece ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - fresh chopped
  • salt to taste

How to Make Khaman Raita

  • Beat the curd.
  • Add grated coconut and all the masalas to the beaten curd.
  • Mix well.
  • Chill and serve.
