Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - khaskhas
  • 4 - cashewnuts
  • 4 - cloves
  • 4 - cardamoms
  • 1 tbsp - desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp - fresh coconut
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 2 cups - water
  • 1/2 cup - jaggery

How to Make Khaskhas Kheer

  • Boil 2 cups of water with jaggery.
  • Grind all ingredients (except milk) to a fine paste.
  • Add this paste to the boiling water and boil for an additional 5 mins.
  • Add 1 cup of milk.
  • Take off heat.
  • Cool and serve.
