  • 2 cups - Maida (White flour)
  • 1/2 cup - Besan (Gram flour)
  • 1 cup - Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup - Ghee
  • 1 cup - Suji (Semolina)
  • How to Make Khatai:

    1. Mix maida, besan and suji in a bowl.
    2. Add the powered sugar and mix well.
    3. Heat ghee in a pan and pour this oil in the mixing bowl.
    4. Mix it together to make smooth dough.
    5. Make small balls and bake in the oven at 150 - 200 degrees C for 20 mins.
