Mix besan, salt and lassi together in a blender and put boil it on low heat in a large cooker or kadai.
Meanwhile pressure cook spinach and radish for 5 minutes.
Now add pressure cooked vegetables, green chillies, spring onion, garlic to the boiling mixture of lassi, add turmeric powder, chilli powder and two glass water and allow it to boil for 1/2 hour on low heat and continuous stirring.
Serve hot with butter and roti.
