Ingredients

  • 250 g - minced meat (you could use chicken or lamb)
  • 10 to 15 - cloves of garlic
  • 1 inch - ginger
  • 1 tbsp - black pepper
  • 10 - cloves
  • 1 inch - cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp - cumin/jeera
  • 1 tbsp - coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp - fennel seeds
  • 2 - green chillies
  • some coriander leaves
  • 1 - finely chopped onion
  • salt as per taste
  • 1- egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric/haldi powder
  • 1/2 tsp - tandoori masala
  • oil for shallow frying.

How to Make Kheema kebab

  • First grind garlic, ginger, all other spices, coriander and green chillies and then keep it aside.
  • To the minced meat, add the ground paste, salt and rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix well and marinate for half an hour.
  • Make small kebabs and shallow fry.
  • Once ready serve with green mint chutney, onion ring and lemon wedges.
