Ingredients

  • Lean mutton keema - 250 g
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger - garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Potatoes - 2 large
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Lime juice - 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Egg - 1
  • Bread crumbs for rolling patties
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Kheema Patties

  • Cook kheema, ginger garlic paste, chilli, garam masala, salt along with water.
  • Cool and mix with the boiled mashed potato.
  • Add pepper powder, jeera powder, lime juice, salt, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Make patties of desired shape and dip it in beaten egg.
  • Roll in bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry until golden brown.
