Ingredients

  • Lean Mutton keema - 250 g
  • Garam Masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger - Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Potatoes - 2 large
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Lime juice - 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Egg - 1
  • Bread crumbs for rolling patties
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Kheema Patties:

    1. Cook kheema, ginger garlic paste, chilli, garam masala, salt along with water.
    2. Cool and mix with the boiled mashed potato.
    3. Add pepper powder, jeera powder, lime juice, salt, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
    4. Make patties of desired shape and dip it in beaten egg.
    5. Roll in bread crumbs.
    6. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry until golden brown.
