Ingredients

  • Mutton/Chicken Keema - 1/2kg
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Whole Garam Masala (Cinnamon stick, Cardomom, Black pepper, Cumin seed) - 1 tsp
  • Slice Garlic - 2 pcs
  • Onion- 2 (chopped)
  • Green chilies - 3 to 4 (Chopped)
  • Tomatoes - 3
  • Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
  • Rice 1 - cup
  • Salt - As per taste

How to Make Kheema Pulav

  • Put oil into cooking vessel and let it get heated for some time.
  • Add whole garam masala.
  • Add sliced garlic
  • Add chopped onion and chopped green chilies.
  • Stir it for some time
  • Add keema and mix it.
  • Wait till it gets cooked
  • Add red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes
  • Mix it well
  • Add two cups of water
  • Let it get boiled for some time
  • Add soaked rice to it.
  • Add mint and coriander leaves for smell
  • Cook on low heat till it gets done
  • Serve hot.
  • If needed, vegetables can be added to this to have some variety.
