  • 2 kg - fish
  • 8 medium Onions (chopped)
  • 4 bunches - fresh coriander
  • 1.5 kg - fine crushed Wheat
  • Olive oil
  • white pepper
  • few pieces Orange peel
  • salt

How to Make Kibbe Fish

  • Add in the 2nd coconut milk and simmer for a while.[As chicken cooks fast ,be sure about the amount of coconut milk,you are using. The gravy should not be watery.
