  • Milk - 1/2 litre
  • Eggs - 3
  • Condensed milk - 1 small can
  • Sugar - 5 tsp
  • A few drops - of any fruit essence

How to Make Kids` Favourite Egg Pudding

  • Blend well 3 eggs, first on low for a min and at high for 2 mins.
  • Add milk and blend again for 2 mins on high
  • Add a few drops of essence and condensed milk to this mixture and blend for 2 mins on high.
  • Heat an empty steel vessel (big enough to contain 1.5 times the mixture) on medium-high heat.
  • Add 5 spoons of sugar and when sugar starts melting, slowly spread it all across the sides of the bowl.
  • Put this bowl in cold water immediately after taking it off the stove to crack the caramel and avoid it sticking to the bowl.
  • Pour the milk mixture in the bowl and pressure cook for 20 mins on medium-high flame and for 10 mins on medium.
  • Once it cools, refrigerate for 5 hrs to set.
