  • 4 oz - kimchi
  • 1 - Potato
  • 2 oz - Tofu
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • 1/4 cup - flour
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Oil

How to Make Kimchi Tofu Fried Cake (Kimchi Jun)

  • Chop kimchi finely.
  • Boil potato and mash it.
  • Squeeze water out from tofu and crumble.
  • In a big bowl, put kimchi, potato, tofu, flour, egg, chopped garlic, salt, ground black pepper and mix well.
  • Coat skillet with oil, and place several chunks and fry till done.
  • Serve hot.
