Ingredients

  • 400 g - Paneer Malai
  • 24 - Red Cherries
  • 400 g - Potatoes
  • 25 g - Cashewnuts
  • 10 g - Badams
  • 75 g - Charmegaz
  • 75 g - Khus Khus
  • 250 ml - Tomato Puree
  • 200 ml - Cream
  • 400 g - Baked Beans
  • 10 g - Garam Masala
  • 25 g - Kismis
  • 125 g - Ginger paste
  • 125 g - Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 200 g - Oil
  • How to Make Kishgar Paneer:

    1. Mash potatoes, paneer, raisins and cherries and make flat tikkis and deep fry it till golden brown.
    2. Boil khus khus, charmegaz and cashewnut and make puree of the same.
    3. Heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and fry it till it gets brown.
    4. Add khus khus and cashew paste to it and cook for 5 mins.
    5. Add tomato puree, baked beans, cream and salt.
    6. Add paneer tikkis to it. Heat through and serve.
