Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Kiwi (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup - Dates (chopped and soaked in hot water)
  • 2 cups - Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup - Cornflakes
  • Honey as needed
  • How to Make Kiwi, Dates and Cornflakes Smoothie:

    1. Blend together the chopped kiwi, dates, yoghurt, cornflakes and honey into a thick smoothie.
    2. Serve chilled or with ice cubes.
