Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - knolkhol peeled out cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp - pepper corns
  • 2 tsp - grated coconut
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp - grated ginger
  • 6 or 7 curry leaves
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • salt to taste

How to Make Knolkhol Stir Fry

  • Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves pepper corns, ginger and onions and saute for a few minutes.
  • Add the chopped knolkhol and a little water and cook covered on low heat till the knolkhol is cooked and all the water dries up.
  • Garnish with the grated coconut and chopped green chillies.
  • Serve as a side dish with rice.
