  • Rice Atta - 2 cups
  • Grated Coconut - 1 cup
  • Green Chillies - 8 -10
  • Hing - 1/2 tsp
  • Butter - 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Kodbale

  • Roast the rice atta for 5-7 mins.
  • Add all the above ingredients and sieve the dough.
  • Heat the oil in a karahi.
  • Rub a little oil to your palm and take a small size of dough and make a small rope with the dough and make a rounded rope.
  • And fry one by one in the oil till crispy or golden brown.
