Ingredients

  • 1/2 - grated coconut
  • 1 - glass drinking water
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 4 to 5 - kokum
  • 1 - green chilli

How to Make Kokum Kadi

  • Mix salt and kokum in a bowl and keep aside.
  • In a mixer, grind coconut and green chilli along with some water.
  • Now extract the juice from this and add to the bowl of kokum. Repeat this process thrice.
  • Let this stand for about 1/2 hour so that the kadi is infused with the taste of kokum.
