  • Powdered Jaggery-1/4 cup
  • Cardamom Powder-1/4 tsp
  • Ghee-2 tsp

How to Make Kollu Simili Urundai

  • Dry roast horse gram in a pan. Powder it in a blender.
  • Add powdered jaggery to this and mix well.
  • Then, add cardamom powder.
  • To this mixture, add ghee and mix well.
  • Make rounded ladoos with this mixture . Serve immediately.
