How to Make Kolpatot diya Mua Maas aru Kosu Xaak

  • Wash and cut the colocasia leaves along with the stems into small pieces.
  • Mix the fish, colocasia, tomato, garlic, chillies, 1 tbsp of mustard oil and salt.
  • Wrap in the banana leaf and tie with a strong string.
  • Put on a tava. Cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 30-45 minutes (reverse the banana leaf wrap in between).
  • Pour the ingredients of the wrap into a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of mustard oil and mix well.
