  • 3 cups - coconut, grated
  • 2 cups - sugar
  • 1/4 cup - milk
  • Pinch of saffron
  • 1/2 small tsp. white cardamom powder.

How to Make Koprapak

  • Soak the saffron in warm milk for 5 mins.
  • Add the sugar in the saffron and heat the mixture.
  • When the sugar dissolves, reduce the heat.
  • Add the cardamom powder and the grated coconut and cook till the mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat and spread on a greased tray and pat evenly.
  • Let it cool.
  • Cut into desired shapes.
