Ingredients

  • 1 pod - Garlic
  • 1 cup - Spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup - Rice
  • 3 - Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 2 to 3 - Green Chillies
  • 1/2 cup - Oil

How to Make Korean Vegetable Rice

  • Soak rice in water for 1/2 hour
  • Heat oil. Peel & add garlic in whole pieces
  • Slightly brown them.
  • Add tomatoes, salt & green chilies & allow to slimmer on low heat for 10 mins..
  • Now add palak & rice with 1 cup of water, cook on low heat till rice is cooked.
  • Sprinkle Pepper & serve with your favourite side dish..
