Ingredients

  • 3 bunches - kosu
  • A handful of dry fish (any small variety)
  • 1 - tomato
  • Mustard oil
  • 2 tsp - mashed garlic
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • 6 - Green chillies

How to Make Kosu Xaakor logot Xoru Xukaan Maas

  • Take 3 mutha (bunches) of kosu and a handful of dry fish (any small variety). Roast the dry fish on a tava for 3-4 minutes.
  • Wash with warm water and keep aside.
  • Heat mustard oil and add the mashed garlic, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
  • Cut and add the kosu xaak and mix well.
  • Cut and add a tomato.
  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add the dry fish and green chillies and mix well.
  • Cook for another 10 minutes on low flame.
